We are pleased to announce that The ClementJames Centre was re-validated by the national matrix Standard for Advice and Guidance services. The quality standard assesses and measures organisations’ advice and support services, which ultimately support individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals. The matrix Standard is recognised within the sector as sign of a quality assured organisation.
ClementJames first achieved the standard in 2011 and was re-validated for the second time in May 2016. Assessment is conducted over the course of two days and involves in-depth interviews with staff, service users and partner organisations.
Our assessor Andrew Davey wrote in his assessment report for ClementJames:
“All the staff at ClementJames demonstrate an enthusiastic passion to support people within their local community. There is a drive within CJ to continually improve their provision for the support of the community and in line with their strapline, to release potential in the community. This drive was evident in all areas of the organisation assessed.”
