Please note: Information, Advice & Guidance

Our Information, Advice & Guidance service is consistently busy and we encourage referral organisations to take some time to read our remit which lays out clearly what we can and cannot help with before referring a client. We are also only able to accept referrals for residents of Kensington and Chelsea to this particular service.

We are currently experiencing an increased demand for our advice service and for all new referrals, you should be advised that there is a four week wait to see an adviser.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If your client’s advice issue cannot wait you may be able to find support sooner via the organisations listed here.

Who We Can Support

Please be aware that we can only support residents who live in or who are housed in Kensington & Chelsea for Advice Support, and Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham or Westminster for Wellbeing and Employment Support.
We also have criteria that clients need to meet to access support. At least one of the following means that they are able to access support at the Centre.

Please submit the form below, after which you will be redirected to our online booking system to book the client in for a welcome meeting with one of our advisers.

Please only book the client in for a welcome meeting if you have confirmed with them that they can attend the time slot. If you are unable to do so, a member of the team will be in touch within two working days.

At the welcome meeting, our adviser will gather more information from the client and triage them to the appropriate team for a following appointment at a later date.
