Please note: Information, Advice & Guidance

Our Information, Advice & Guidance service is consistently busy and we encourage clients to take some time to read our remit which lays out clearly what we can and cannot help with before enquiring for support. We are also only able to accept referrals for residents of Kensington and Chelsea to this particular service.

We are currently experiencing an increased demand for our advice service and for all new enquiries, you should be advised that there is a four week wait to see an adviser.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If your advice issue cannot wait you may be able to find support sooner via the organisations listed here.

Who We Can Support

Please be aware that for our Advice Support service, we can only support residents who live in or who are housed in Kensington & Chelsea or those who are registered with one of the GP surgeries listed here. Please ensure that your GP surgery is listed if you are enquiring about Advice Support but you do not live in Kensington & Chelsea.


For Wellbeing and Employment Support, we can only support residents who live in or who are housed in Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham or Westminster.

If you do not fit our criteria but would like our help to find an organisation who can support you, please contact reception@clementjames.org or give us a call on 020 7221 8810.
We also have criteria that clients need to meet to access support. At least one of the following means that you are able to access support at the Centre.
