Important update to our Numeracy & Literacy services (November 2024):

Due to high demand, we are no longer taking any new referrals for the Numeracy & Literacy service for the remainder of the 2024/25 academic year. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Update to our Information, Advice and Guidance service (March 2025):

Our Information, Advice and Guidance service is now open for self-referrals and referrals from professionals. Please note that we are only able to offer IAG support to residents of RBKC or those to whom the borough still have a responsibility (i.e. those placed in temporary accommodation out of the borough by RBKC) and people who are eligible for the Community Living Well service (anyone who is registered with one of the GP surgeries listed here).

If you are not covered by these criteria, please use this resource to find alternative support for any Advice issue, e.g. Benefits, Housing or Debt support.

Alternative Employment support can be found here, depending on which borough you live in: Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster or Hammersmith & Fulham.
