Our Information, Advice and Guidance service is open for self-referrals and referrals from professionals. Please note that we are only able to offer IAG support to residents of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea or those to whom the borough still have a responsibility (i.e. those placed in temporary accommodation out of the borough by RBKC), and people who are eligible for the Community Living Well service (anyone who is registered with one of the GP surgeries listed here).

If you are not covered by these criteria, please use this resource to find alternative support for any Advice issue, e.g. Benefits, Housing or Debt support.
