As People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and sustaining an inclusive, supportive, and values-driven working culture at CJC. This hands-on role will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer to support HR operations, policy, recruitment, wellbeing, and training for both staff and volunteers.
