Our programmes and services have expanded substantially over the past five years and we have exciting plans for further development. At this important time, we are looking for a high calibre candidate to join our team as the Head of Young People’s Programmes. You will be responsible for implementing the strategy for our delivery strands supporting young people with their education, attainment and confidence building needs and ambitions. You will help build and maintain meaningful relationships with schools, alternative provisions, community organisations, the local authority and most importantly young people and their families. You will have a passion for understanding the challenges that our clients face and support, and working with Senior Management to ensure that programmes develop and evolve to reflect these issues. You will report to the Chief Programmes Officer and work alongside other managers who have their own programme focus areas.
