Weekly Wellbeing Group
11 October from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
An informal space to come together with new people from your community and focus on your wellbeing. Discuss topics every week, such as sleep, motivation and stress, and work together to develop wellbeing tools which you can take away with you.
This session will take place in collaboration with Mind, and will focus on the topic of loneliness.
