The impact of our work continues to help children, young people and adults overcome barriers, build confidence and realise their potential. Through education, employment, wellbeing and advice services, we support people to improve their life chances, strengthen their resilience and achieve their ambitions.
During 2024/25, we supported over 2,200 children, young people and adults across North Kensington. Alongside delivering practical support, we continued to invest in our staff, strengthen partnerships and launch a new five-year strategy that will guide our work for years to come.
Highlights from the year include:
- More than 1,400 children and young people took part in our education programmes, with 93% of those receiving one-to-one maths tutoring reporting increased confidence.
- Our Early Intervention programme supported 224 young people, families and practitioners, with over 95% of young people receiving advocacy remaining in suitable education.
- 122 adults achieved employment, volunteering or training outcomes, while 90% of participants improved their employment knowledge and skills.
- 175 people took part in wellbeing activities, with 93% reporting increased resilience.
- 252 people received Information, Advice and Guidance, with 81% reporting an improved quality of life, 85% reduced stress and 91% gaining greater knowledge of the support available to them.
Together, these achievements reflect our commitment to creating lasting opportunities and helping our community thrive.
