Getting Literacy & Numeracy Catch-up Support at The ClementJames Centre

In order to join the catch-up programme, young people must be working 6+ months behind expected levels.

If a young person does not meet one of our prioritisation criteria, they will be placed on our non-priority waiting list. In this case, your young person will be invited to the Centre to complete a test to assess the level at which they are working. For any new referrals, we will require a letter from the young person’s teacher with more information as to why they need catch-up support ahead of taking our test.

Alternatively, both our Primary and Secondary Academic Support sessions do not require young people to be working below their age and you can register your young person by emailing youngpeople@clementjames.org or giving us a call on 020 7221 8801.
